Starting of a new tradition!

Today us girls put up a Thanksgiving tree, our first one yet. Rylee loves anything to do with crafts and art so she was thrilled as we worked together on it this morning...

 We talked about the things we are most thankful for. We wrote down we are thankful for our family, friends, freedom, Maw Maw and Paw Paw, Gigi and Pops, Mrs. Tabbie, Honor, our health, our jobs, Rylee's school, food and mostly thankful for God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. We talked about how all these things we wrote down are gifts from God. James 1:17 Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow. (NASB)

 I want my girls to look back and remember and carry on our simple traditions in theirs lives and family. 
 Khloe is hanging her leaf that says "Honor". She is thankful for her very best friend as she calls her. :) 
 Our tree almost complete... we are waiting on Daddy to add his leaves...
 Rylee's leaf that has what we are most thankful for.

      Now we can keep up with one another better since we are so far away! I want to see Hawaii on your page soon! :) Rylee was the one who said she was thankful for you :) She does love you girl! I was looking back at cruise pictures the other day and showing Rylee where we first met! So thankful we did! You are my soul sister! Love you!
